আসা যিহূদার লোকদের ডেকে বললেন, “এসো আমরা এই সব শহরগুলো পোক্ত করে বানিয়ে এগুলোর চারপাশ দেওয়াল দিয়ে ঘিরে দিই| তারপর প্রহরা স্তম্ভ আর গরাদ বসানো দরজা বানাই| আমাদের প্রভুকে অনুসরণ করার জন্যই আজ এই শহর আমাদের হয়েছে| প্রভু আমাদের শান্তি দিয়েছেন|” আসা ও তাঁর প্রজারা তাঁদের এই কাজে সফল হয়েছিলেন|

Therefore he said unto Judah, Let us build these cities, and make about [them] walls, and towers, gates, and bars, [while] the land [is] yet before us; because we have sought the LORD our God, we have sought [him,] and he hath given us rest on every side. So they built and prospered.
